Filibuster NYC is an experience development and production company catering to the creative professional community. Music. The outdoors. Good vibes. In 2 years, we’ve grown from a small cabin retreat to boutique music festivals and large scale events featured in Gothamist, Flavorpill, and Guest of a Guest.

We are small team that work and support all disciplines. Personally, I help lead the development, production and implementation of our seasonal events. I'm there from initial ideation, strategic outreach, to setup day of.

My past and passions have also nestled me in a spot that focuses on our strategic brand positioning and content creation — conceptualizing and producing content prior to and capturing/managing the capturing of content during our events. 

In addition, I lead search and booking of live musical acts to match the vibe of our event's theme. I also act as brand liaison to our community, forming relationships and tapping into our people based on their talents and interests.

SUNSET SOUNDS

Our staple event - three years in a row we've taken 500+ New Yorkers away from the city into the lush Hudson Valley for a 1 day pop-up music festival. Food trucks, live music, field games, giant inflatables, lazers - always the best day of the summer.

SQUADRON

The most unique of our events which will definitely be making a comeback in summer of 2018. We took 100 New Yorkers on a BYOB rafting trip down the mighty Delaware River - it was naturally followed by a riverside BBQ and dance party. No casualties.

 
 
 
 
 

MATING CALL

A de-hibernation celebration to kick off our 2017 summer. A brooklyn based event - we allowed NYC to get outside during the Spring defrost for some music and fresh air. Animal inspired outfits were welcomed, but not required.

FEARGÄRDEN

We closed out our 2016 season with our spookiest event yet, FearGärden. A haunted beer garden mashup combining the best of Halloween & Oktoberfest in a Brooklyn backyard. Beers, zombies and a 15+ piece punk disco brass band
